FGXI to Launch Private Label Program at Walgreens

During the month of July, FGXI reached an agreement in principle to replace a direct import, private label sunglasses program at Walgreens. This program is in addition to the Foster Grant sunglasses program already provided to Walgreens. Subject to signing a definitive agreement, FGXI will significantly increase its presence at one of the largest drug chains in the United States.  FGXI expects to ship the program in the fourth quarter of 2008.

FGX International is a leading designer and marketer of non-prescription reading glasses, sunglasses and costume jewelry with a portfolio of established, well-recognized brands including Foster Grant, Magnivision, Anarchy, Angel and Gargoyles.  FGXI also holds licenses from Ironman, Levi Strauss, Field & Stream, Body Glove and C9 by Champion.
