FGX International Adds Powerful Field & Stream License to Portfolio

FGX International (NASDAQ: FGXI) is pleased to announce it has obtained a license agreement which will enable it to market eyewear under the well-known Field & Stream brand. This partnership strengthens FGXI’s portfolio and adds yet another iconic brand to go along with Foster Grant, which has a long and storied history. FGXI has several other key licensing partnerships with Ironman, Body Glove and Levi Strauss Signature. Field & Stream has a rich history that dates back over 135 years and the brand enjoys widespread recognition, bringing instant credibility to the eyewear collection FGXI will market.
FGXI plans to market sunglasses, ophthalmic frames, non-prescription reading glasses and eyewear accessories under the Field & Stream brand starting in early 2009. FGXI’s commitment to quality, design and performance matches the mission of Field & Stream, making this a partnership with great potential for success.
