FGXI is pleased to announce the hiring of Jeffrey J. Giguere as its Executive Vice President General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Giguere was formerly Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for American Power Conversion Corporation in West Kingston, RI which was recently acquired by Schneider Electric. Jeff is a graduate of Rollins College and Washington and Lee University School of Law and is a member of the Rhode Island and Florida Bar Associations. Mr. Giguere lives in Providence with his wife and two children.
