Beginning January 1, 2007 the separate entities of AAi.FosterGrant and Magnivision will officially be consolidated into our new corporate designation of FGX International, Inc. based in Smithfield, RI.

This transition is intended to simplify business practices for our customers as we continue to broaden our brand portfolio, expand our international presence and strengthen our position as the largest volume distributor of sunglasses, non-prescription reading glasses and costume jewelry in our industry.
