Retail Support Team Coordinator
We are currently looking for a Customer Service/Call Center Representative to work in our Retail Support Team. This position is responsible for supporting the needs of our various U.S. Retailers and part time Field Representatives.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls related to questions regarding core service, project needs, order status, service requests and problems.
- Make outbound quality assurance calls to retailers to monitor customer satisfaction with inventory levels, service standards, etc.
- Ability to effectively identify callers’ needs and determine the appropriate follow up action.
- Conduct research using a variety of informational resources in order to provide immediate resolution to all requests while the caller is on the phone.
- Promptly record and document all call information.
- Prior call center, customer service, and/or retail experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Ability to learn new software and computer programs.
- Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
- Well organized and detail oriented, applying sound judgement and decision making skills to issues that arise.
- Ability to multitask in a face paced environment. Detail oriented with strong attention to accuracy and quality.
- Effective listening skills.
