Retail Account Manager
FGX International is a leading designer and marketer of non-prescription reading glasses and sunglasses. We have a collection of established and well-recognized brands, including Foster Grant and Magnivision. Our market leadership is driven by a collection of fashionable, high-quality eyewear and jewelry products sold in over 57,000 retail locations worldwide.
We are currently recruiting for a Retail Account Manager. The primary responsibility of the Retail Account Manager is to ensure customers receive their merchandise in a timely and accurate manner.
Specific duties include:
- Work with Merchant and Sales teams and other internal resources to coordinate timing and execution for all projects, promotional events and replenishment activities;
- Work with customer account personnel and FGX internal departments to ensure program specifics are accurately executed;
- Handle all account questions and issues; utilize and coordinate resources to solve operational problems;
- Responsible for accuracy and completeness of customer files in FGX systems.
Qualifications:
- Successful Retail Account Managers display strong project management and administrative skills.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of administrative experience required, experience in a retail environment a plus.
- Highly proficient in Excel.
